My true story. One Great Word that I found at just the right moment in my life has had a global impact and continues to guide me every day. Others from what I call The Great Words continue to be astonishingly remarkable. This Site is for those who wish to share The Great Words that they live by, how they have influenced you and those around you - how they have created incredible opportunities and accomplishments....
To begin - a story lived by many throughout history:
Perhaps as a young child you are asked by your teacher to choose a Great Word from a long list and keep it in mind for a day. You are asked to see where it takes you, write down what happens, and read it to the class in two days’ time. You think about it and choose the word Kindness and decide to be kind for a day - the whole day. You were kind to your friends, your mom, the neighbour, the dog. You notice that it turned out to be a very nice day. You write down what happened and read it to the class. You get a ‘Well done.’
The day after you read it, your life goes back to normal. But there is something missing – it is the way it always was before. So, you decide to try it again the next day, and sure enough being kind made for a better day. Then you think; What about a whole week? What would that be like? Is it possible? You do it and at the end of the week you see that it was a much better week than it would have been. You see the difference and even as a child you wondered what it cost you?
Nothing. Who knew that everything that came from simply focusing on the one word kindness that week was worth writing about and remembering.

You decide to continue. A week turns into a month, a month into a year. Being kind becomes simply who you are. It is effortless. You don’t even have to think about it. And the world, of course, notices the person you are becoming.
